I run Axia Network, a governance advisory firm focused on crypto protocols. I work with DAOs across the Ethereum and Bitcoin ecosystems to support sustainable protocol growth and long-term value creation for token holders.
While every DAO is different, the core role of a delegate is consistent: strengthen accountability and transparency in decision-making, and steward treasury resources responsibly. In practice, that includes reviewing the work of committees, vetting builder grant applications, producing research, supporting marketing initiatives, engaging directly with builders, and testing products.
I also write a newsletter called Sharing is Caring, where I make crypto and governance more accessible; in my post “So, What Do You Actually Do?”, I break down what governance work looks like in a crypto protocol.
