Network Economics & Security Priorities / Focus

1. What does the Foundation think that the priorities for this WG should be in HoS 1.0? What about in HoS 2.0? A few examples are below:
   1. small validator incentive program (working w/ metapool)
   2. increasing utility of LSTs
   3. validator research on their pain points & needs
   4. content creation / amplification
2. What are the initial proposals that the Foundation / Lane would like this WG to produce in HoS 1.0?
   1. What about HoS 2.0?
3. How does the Foundation think this WG should support Gauntlet’e efforts?
   1. e.g, supporting parameter recommendations
   2. What process is prepared for determining desirable issuance logic, and how can this WG help with that?
4. Is there an expected launch date for HoS 2.0 (on-chain protocol upgrades)?

Governance Ops

1. When and how to involve the community?
   1. Coordinating when to share information with the community.
   2. Cadence of making WG forum announcements
      1. Who and how should delegates communicate with the community on the forum to build a connection with the whole community?
      2. (We should work as a team to make sure delegates’ voices are heard so that some individuals’ voices don’t overrepresent the community).
2. Will we get into a cadence of regular governance syncs for endorsed delegates?
