Future proofing DAO governance

My name is Rika and I run Axia Network , a governance advisory firm focused on crypto protocols. I work with DAOs across the Ethereum and Bitcoin ecosystems to help them grow sustainably and make better decisions on behalf of their tokenholders.

Good governance is part research, part operations, part storytelling. On any given day, my work can span the following governance activities: reviewing proposals, vetting builder grant applications, producing public research, supporting marketing, talking with builders, or testing products.

This site is my workspace and digital garden: a living archive of that work, from formal reports to half-formed questions about where onchain systems are heading.

If you want to explore, start with research & governance work and then branch into notes by topic in the sidebar.

Research to Execution

Deliberate, explained votes backed by research and translated into clear public communication for transparency and accountability.

Ways to Work Together

Through Axia Network, I’m an active delegate and contributor across leading DAOs including Arbitrum, Uniswap, Rootstock, NEAR, Optimism, ZKSync, and Scroll. I don’t sell votes or offer pay-to-play governance. Instead, I collaborate with teams and tokenholders to grow and strengthen the protocols I’m already aligned with.

Typical ways I engage across governance:

  • Advancing forum discussions, contributing to proposals, and voting with clearly communicated and rationale
  • Contributing to DAO working groups and committees where there is clear tokenholder alignment
  • Research, strategic content, and communication that explain governance decisions to the wider community and tokenholders

If you would like to collaborate, I'm always open thoughtful discussions
