Rika Goldberg

CPA @ Deloitte  ·  Enterprise Product Management @ ConsenSys & crypto startups  ·  404 DAO  ·  Axia Network

Georgia Tech alum  ·  Strong CS, blockchain & cryptography faculty connections

Arbitrum delegate since inception  ·  Founded Axia Network in January 2026 to continue advancing the governance work started by 404 DAO. Continuing to work across DAOs and DeFi and expanding to institutional partners.

I aim to bring a business development and governance lens to OAT — helping pressure-test OpCo's ideas and providing my network to help the DAO pursue and execute on revenue-creating opportunities.

Q1  ·  STRONGEST DOMAIN FIT
Business Development,
Venture Building & Strategy.

OpCo's work is expected to focus on establishing new business lines and revenue opportunities for Arbitrum DAO. OAT should not execute OpCo's work, but rather it should help pressure-test ideas and offer its network.

Commercial Credibility
Real business line or vague ecosystem activity?
  • Who is the customer, partner, or user — and why now?
  • Why is Arbitrum well-positioned to capture this?
  • What resources are required, and are they justified?
Validation
What would prove or invalidate this?
  • What risks, conflicts, or dependencies exist?
  • What KPIs let delegates and tokenholders evaluate progress?
  • What does success look like — and what kills it?
Strategic Fit
Does this build Arbitrum's durable position?
  • Is it aligned with the DAO mandate — not just interesting?
  • Does it create recurring value: fees, usage, or relationships?
  • Can OAT's network help open doors or pressure-test the market?
