Proposal: Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp

Rationale: Executed a 3-month pilot program to onboard and train new DAO contributors, then authored a proposal to launch a longer-term governance bootcamp.

Role: Arbitrum DAO Multisignature Wallet (MSS) Signer

Responsibility: Elected to verify and sign transactions that disburse treasury funds, with a focus on execution integrity and treasury security.

Context: Elected via 404 DAO, the prior governance entity Axia Network acquired in 2026.

STIP Application Review: Reviewed a high volume of STIP (Short-Term Incentive Program) applications with a strong focus on ROI, measurable outcomes, and incentive efficiency. Colleagues at 404 DAO were then elected to serve on the LTIPP (Long-term incentive program) Council.
