This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Agent, a private operational integration maintained by Rika Goldberg (“Agent,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing, connecting, or using Agent, you agree to this Agreement.
License
Subject to this Agreement, Agent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Agent for your internal business or personal accounting workflows. This license does not transfer ownership of Agent or any related intellectual-property rights to you.
Authorized use
You may use Agent only if you are authorized to access the QuickBooks Online company you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your QuickBooks Online account, reviewing all records created or changed through Agent, and ensuring that your use of Agent complies with applicable law and any agreements governing your QuickBooks Online account.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or use Agent for an unlawful purpose. You may not use Agent to access a QuickBooks Online company without the authorization of its administrator.
QuickBooks Online connection and data
Agent connects to QuickBooks Online only after an authorized administrator completes Intuit’s authorization process. You may disconnect Agent at any time. Disconnecting revokes its access to the connected company; see the disconnection page for reconnection information.

Availability and no warranties
Agent is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Agent is an operational tool and does not replace your independent accounting, tax, or legal judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rika Goldberg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Agent or this Agreement.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing use of Agent and disconnecting it from QuickBooks Online. We may suspend or terminate access to Agent at any time. Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement ends.
Changes and contact
